Key Responsibilities

As a Tax Team Lead at Francis Clark LLP, you will be responsible for leading a team of advisors in providing exceptional tax compliance and advisory services to our personal tax clients.

  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of advisors, guiding their professional development and ensuring they have the skills and expertise needed to deliver outstanding results.
  • Client Advisory: Act as principal on a portfolio of trust and HNW clients, reviewing and signing out advice to ensure the highest level of quality and accuracy.
  • Trust Account Review: Review and advise on trust accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaboration and Development: Collaborate with colleagues across departments to upskill and develop their expertise, ensuring a cohesive and risk-aware approach to tax planning.
  • Client Engagement: Meet with clients to understand their tax planning needs and oversee the delivery of this work by other team members.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Work closely with Private Client tax partners to identify key opportunities and threats within the existing client base and externally.
  • Business Development: Promote other departments within the firm, highlighting the value of our financial planning services to clients.
