At OCS Group, our cleaning professionals play a vital role in providing safe and clean environments for our clients to thrive in their workplaces. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of cleaning activities, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, emptying bins, and cleaning washrooms.

Working 39 term-time weeks and 4 weeks of deep cleaning during school holidays, as agreed with your line manager. Due to the nature of the work, holidays cannot be taken during term time. A full enhanced DBS check will be undertaken.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring areas are always cleaned to the highest standards.
  • Working safely at all times.
  • Maintaining and storing equipment correctly.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Good attention to detail.
  • Reliability and responsibility, with a flexible approach to work.
