Senior Staff Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Staff Nurse to join our team at a leading healthcare provider in the Arnold, Nottinghamshire area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor a team of nurses, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, working closely with patients and their families to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development of nursing policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to patient-centered care and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.
  • Proven experience in mental health nursing, with a strong understanding of care planning processes and clinical assessment tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative and adaptability, with a flexible approach to work.
