About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute digital marketing plans to increase customer acquisition and retention.
  • Manage a team of five plus agencies, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication.
  • Work closely with the Head of Digital, Head of Marketing, Branch Sales Manager, and Product and Content marketing team to align digital marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Monitor digital activities and manage the digital budget to optimize ROI.
  • Utilize HubSpot platform to engage with leads, prospects, and customers, and to track key performance indicators.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of growing business through effective digital marketing.
  • Hands-on experience managing agencies and in-house teams across PPC, SEO, email, and social.
  • Customer-centric approach and excellent analytical skills, particularly in Google Analytics and CRM dashboards.
  • Natural problem-solving skills and a true passion for travel.
What We Offer

A competitive salary of £50-60k DOE, plus bonus and great benefits. This role can be offered on a hybrid model basis with 3 days working from our office in central Bristol.
