Role Overview:
In this position, you will be responsible for delivering timely financial reports, ensuring that the management accounts are prepared for Board meetings. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Providing preliminary financial reports by the fourth working day of the month
  • Finalizing the complete set of management accounts for the European entities
  • Acting as the liaison between management accounts and budget holders, focusing on variance analysis presentations
  • Overseeing the month-end closing process, including initial flash reporting to the Group
  • Conducting balance sheet reconciliations

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A recognized accounting qualification (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
  • Experience as a newly qualified accountant or relevant post-qualification experience
  • A strong ability to adapt to new software platforms
