About the Role

FIND | Creating Futures is seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst Coach to join our Data & Business Skills Training team. As a Data Analyst Coach, you will play a key part in developing and supporting Data Analyst apprentices through their Level 4 apprenticeship programmes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship to data analytics apprentices, helping them develop the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their careers.
  • Conduct workshops and provide hands-on exercises to groups of learners to enhance data analysis skills.
  • Assess apprentices' progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Create personalised learning plans tailored to individual apprentices' needs and goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in data analysis.
  • Collaborate with the team to continuously improve coaching and mentoring programs.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment for apprentices.
Requirements
  • 2+ years data analytics or data science experience.
  • Python, SQL, and Power BI or Tableau experience.
  • Some form of coaching or training experience.
What We Offer

A starting salary of £50,000 - £75,000 and the opportunity to work with a leading organisation in the field of data and business skills training.
