Role Overview:

Foster a culture of safety that promotes effective work systems and consistent adherence to company policies and procedures.

Oversee and manage the production performance of the site against the budget through a set of established KPIs.


Lead teams to develop and implement strategic changes within the site, including the identification and execution of capital projects.

Ensure that all projects are managed and delivered on schedule and within budget.


Develop and manage budgets that encompass all cost centers within the area of responsibility and contribute to budget preparation and standardization across the organization.

Mentor and develop Area Managers and their respective teams throughout the site.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Minimum of 5 years' experience in leading operational teams in a senior management capacity.

Demonstrated success in heavy industry operations and manufacturing.

Proven leadership in brand management.

Degree in Manufacturing, Operations, Business, or a relevant equivalent qualification.

Lean qualification or equivalent experience.

Strong personal credibility with the ability to build trusted relationships.

Capability to lead and sponsor a lean/continuous improvement program across the site.

Exceptional judgment and proven ability to make sound decisions.

Proficient in IT, software applications, and systems.
