We are seeking a highly skilled Business Compliance Associate to join our Health & Safety team at Aston Martin Aramco Formula One Team.
Key Responsibilities:- Organize and manage workplace occupational hygiene monitoring and ensure subsequent actions are taken.
- Manage the Fire Protection Plan and Fire Risk Assessment process to ensure compliance with relevant UK Legislation.
- Liaise with insurance providers and facilitate statutory inspections to ensure seamless operations.
- Conduct and support departments with COSHH Risk Assessments and lead on implementation of required control measures.
- Aid in the development and implementation of safe systems of work with departmental stakeholders.
- Work closely with Maintenance and Facilities on compliance topics, including Legionella, LOTO, Technical Files, and Declarations of Conformity.
- Support DSE compliance by providing guidance on the DSE risk assessment process.
- Develop and enhance Fire Evacuation procedures and communicate these to relevant teams.
- Provide H&S compliance support and guidance to Trackside & Events teams.
- Support the development and issue of relevant Contractor Permits to Work.
- NEBOSH Diploma or relevant degree equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and Teams.
- Experience of using relevant online software, such as contractor management, COSHH risk assessment, and Incident Management.
- Knowledge and experience of compliance with relevant UK Legislation, including the 'Six Pack', Fire Safety, CDM, and COSHH.
