About the RoleAs the Pharmacist Manager, you will be ultimately responsible for managing the day-to-day operations within the pharmacy, building strong relationships with patients, maintaining and building rapport with healthcare providers, and driving the business forward. You will be supported by a well-trained team and in the capable hands of the pharmacy owners.
Key Responsibilities- Drive the business forward, increasing sales, revenue, and ensuring that the company's brand is upheld with their reputation.
- Lead, motivate, and optimize team performance within the pharmacy.
- Ensure that the pharmacy operates and adheres to regulatory standards.
- Lead, train, and develop colleagues.
- Oversee the procurement and supply of medicine.
- Play an important role in supporting the pharmacy and team in achieving targets.
- Supply prescriptions, deliver a range of healthcare services, and provide healthcare advice to customers according to regulatory standards.
- MPharm degree or equivalent.
- Member of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- Valid DBS.
- Able to manage and lead a high-performing team.
- Must have at least 1 year of experience as a pharmacist.
