Job Title: Retail Brand Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Retail Brand Ambassador to join our team in the United Kingdom. As a key member of our experiential marketing team, you will be responsible for representing well-known brand names in various Asda stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers and create a buzz around in-store sampling
  • Demonstrate products and engage with customers to drive sales of products in store
  • Actively participate in experiential/promotional campaigns
  • Think on your feet and solution-focused in any situation or issue that arises
  • Deliver against KPIs and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

What We Offer:

  • Competitive hourly rate of £15.76 (including holiday pay)
  • Business mileage reimbursement
  • Monthly draw to win up to £250 in grocery vouchers
  • Permanent hours with a minimum of 650 hours per annum

About the Role:

This is a part-time permanent role, with a minimum of 14 hours per week (2 days). However, during busy periods, you may be required to work up to 28 hours (4 days per week). You will be based in stores across different locations, and you will need to be near the area or be able to drive to the location.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in experiential/promotional campaigns
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable with the physical elements of setting up an activation space
