About the Role:

Conrad Consulting Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Project Architect to join our team in Oxford. As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for leading design-led residential and low-energy projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Run projects from inception to completion, taking responsibility for delivery and driving forward the expansion of the practice.
  • Develop and implement sustainable design solutions, with a focus on Passivhaus design.
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality projects, meeting client expectations and deadlines.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • RIBA/ARB Registered Architect with a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience.
  • Experience with green technologies, especially Passivhaus, is highly desirable.
  • Excellent design and detailing skills, with proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Experience running design-oriented projects, with a strong understanding of UK building regulations.
  • Contract administration experience and proficiency in SketchUp, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop are desirable.
