We Recruit Group Ltd is excited to support an independent risk management consultancy that operates across the UK. The business has heavily invested in its safety & compliance team in recent years, and we are looking for a skilled H&S Advisor to join their team. As an H&S Advisor, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of safety policies and procedures, conducting risk assessments, and providing guidance on health and safety best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of safety policies and procedures
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide guidance on health and safety best practices
  • Collaborate with the safety & compliance team to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
  • Provide training and support to employees on health and safety procedures and protocols

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in health and safety management, preferably in the construction sector
