Job Title: Head of Supply Chain

United Living Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Supply Chain to lead our supply chain maturity journey and develop a strategy to reduce costs, create efficiencies, and increase mutual value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure client and business needs are fully understood and met.
  • Lead the development of a procurement and supply chain strategy through engagement with cross-functional teams and leveraging value opportunities across United Living businesses.
  • Manage strategic suppliers in a complex environment and facilitate value opportunities for United Living from trend analysis, competitor analysis, and 'Voice of the Supplier' survey.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to embed a high standard of supply chain management and work with operational teams to maximize opportunities with internal businesses.
Requirements:
  • Results-oriented with demonstrable experience of achieving the best-balanced outcome against project or business demand.
  • Advanced knowledge of procurement and strategic sourcing concepts and methodologies.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to quickly build credibility and confidence with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • A driven leader with a proven track record of creativity and improving ways of working to maximize efficiencies.
  • Experience of managing strategic suppliers in a complex environment.
  • Self-awareness with a strong focus on professional development.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MCIPS Chartered or equivalent experience in procurement or strategic sourcing focused roles in senior in complex organizations.
  • A proactive change leader, focused on continuous improvement and developing people.
