About the Role

As a Consult Partner at Kyndryl UK Limited, you will be at the forefront of driving digital transformation, mitigating risks, and achieving operational excellence for our clients. You will be responsible for creating and positioning value for Kyndryl's largest accounts and groundbreaking opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead complex consulting engagements and drive business growth through the creation and delivery of modern IT strategies, operational models, and digital transformations.
  • Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of their business needs and goals.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to identify and pursue new opportunities, driving revenue growth and expanding Kyndryl's presence in key markets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality consulting services, leveraging expertise in areas such as cloud, mainframe, networking, and data & application.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improve client outcomes.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in IT consulting or IT management consulting, with a strong background in business development and delivery.
  • Recognized externally and internally as a consult leader, with expertise in areas such as cloud, mainframe, networking, and data & application.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting client expectations.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the IT industry and the ability to develop and execute business development strategies.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced PowerPoint, Word, and Excel skills, with the ability to create polished work products and deliverables.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a complex matrixed business and client environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members and drive business growth through the creation and delivery of modern IT strategies.
