We are seeking an experienced Interim HR Advisor to join our team at Core Control Solutions Ltd, a leading provider of control systems and environmental solutions. As an Interim HR Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting our business growth by providing expert HR advice and guidance to our management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to managers on employee relations issues, including disciplinaries and grievances.
  • Lead employee engagement surveys, analyze results, and implement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.
  • Act as the first point of contact for line managers on HR-related queries, including holidays, performance, policy, and benefits.
  • Oversee all absence management processes, ensuring compliance and support for managers and employees.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including onboarding new employees and managing sponsorship visas.
  • Manage the apprenticeship programs and support the recruitment and selection of apprentices.
Requirements
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification (have or be working towards)
  • Proven experience in a standalone HR role within an SME environment.
  • A positive, proactive, and resilient mindset with a passion for getting stuck in and making a difference.
  • Professional courage and the ability to influence and support managers at all levels.
  • Strong situational decision-making skills.
  • Experience in managing employee relations casework, including disciplinaries and grievances.
