We are a leading sustainable design-led homewares brand that sells our products into top retailers globally. We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Support Executive to join our team to play a key role in the management and support of our international retailers and distributors.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have prior wholesale B2B experience within a sales support or sales operations function, be proactive and process driven, and be a real people person with a genuine desire to provide the best possible service to our trade / retail customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with our International Sales Managers to provide exceptional support to our international distributors and global retail customers.
  • Liaise with international trade customers to resolve any order queries, requests for images and samples, and ensure they receive best-in-class service at all times.
  • Manage orders and processing, liaising with internal teams and the warehouse to ensure smooth order fulfillment for our accounts, communicating any delays.
  • Effectively manage stock levels for our account base, understanding customer needs, and maximizing opportunities to increase sales.
  • Undertake sales project work as required, working closely with our Sales Manager.

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar position, within a B2B sales coordination, sales operations, or sales support role.
  • A passion for product and retail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.
  • Strong Excel skills, with some experience with an ERP system an advantage.
  • Numerate and accurate, with a good attention to detail.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask.
  • A proactive approach, friendly demeanor, and team player.
