Accounting Analyst

Ryder Reid Legal is currently seeking a skilled Accounting Analyst to provide administrative support to their Business Development function on a temporary basis.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience in legal accounts and possess advanced knowledge of Excel and Microsoft programs. Knowledge of the Solicitors Accounts Rules and experience with Aderant and Chrome River are preferred.

The successful candidate will be responsible for various tasks, including:

  • Chrome River expense and invoice approval
  • Monitoring and tracking purchase order allocations in Chrome River
  • Vendor uploads
  • Invoice entry and posting outside of Chrome River
  • Providing cover for payments on Coutts and BACS
  • Partner draw and distribution payments
  • Monitoring cashflow and converting funds when required
  • Monthly bank reconciliations

The role offers a hybrid policy of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home, a salary of up to £45,000 per annum, and holiday pay accrued by the hour.
