At Jo Malone London, we are seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Sales Advisor. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a unique and inspirational in-store experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized and authentic customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience
  • Develop a deep understanding of our fragrances and products to make informed recommendations to customers
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and create a welcoming store environment
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store events to drive sales and engagement

Requirements:

  • Previous retail experience is not necessary, as we provide comprehensive training and development opportunities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
