About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Integrity Specialist to join our Operations Unit at Ancala Water Services. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal lifespan of our assets and collaborating with our operational teams to maintain our networks.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead a small team to analyze data and develop maintenance plans for our water and wastewater networks.
  2. Analyze and understand the risk and criticality of our networks to inform decision-making.
  3. Manage targets and provide interventions to ensure annual targets are met.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external customers, including regulatory bodies and stakeholders.
  5. Write and maintain network strategy and management plans, including regulatory submissions.
  6. Develop sustainable and dynamic Operations & Maintenance and Annual Capital Investment plans.
Requirements
  1. Demonstrable experience of inclusive and supportive leadership and management.
  2. Knowledge and understanding of clean and wastewater networks gained in a similar role.
  3. Specific Water Industry knowledge such as Networks, Leakage Projects or abstraction licensing knowledge.
  4. Programme planning knowledge and budget management experience.
  5. Advanced IT skills, including MS Office and knowledge of work management systems or network management systems.
About You

We are looking for a collaborative, persuasive, and amiable individual with direct or indirect water industry experience. You will be a subject matter expert, using your analytical skills to shape the future of our operations. You will enjoy the interpersonal side of your role and work collaboratively with your colleagues, particularly those within Operations & Maintenance field-based roles.

This is a hybrid role, but you will have opportunities to visit sites to gain a wider understanding of the area and make key contacts within our field teams.

Please note that due to the nature of our sites, the successful candidate must meet the security clearance requirements for the role and have a full, valid driving license.
