About the Role:

Falcon Green Personnel is seeking an experienced Exterior Facade Manager to oversee the successful delivery of a residential project in Cambridge. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all exterior facade elements, including scaffold, structural framing systems, windows, external doors, roofing, balconies, and architectural metalwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all exterior facade elements, ensuring compliance with project requirements and design specifications.
• Utilize construction management software, particularly Procore, to track progress and ensure accurate QA recording.
• Interpret and provide input on design information, drawings, and specifications, ensuring all materials and works align with project requirements.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies, including NHBC, Premier Guarantee, and Building Control, to ensure compliance with design and specifications during inspections.
• Conduct regular lookaheads to ensure all aspects of the exterior facade work are on track, including design, materials, and labor.
• Monitor project timelines, addressing any potential delays or issues proactively.
• Lead weekly coordination meetings and daily briefings with contractors, ensuring clear communication and project alignment.
• Uphold HSE legislation and site safety standards, including reviewing work permits, RAMS, and ensuring proper housekeeping.

Requirements:

• SMSTS and CSCS card mandatory; First Aid and Scaffold Awareness preferred.
• Strong knowledge of design, materials, and exterior facade construction techniques.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Experience in managing and coordinating with multiple contractors on-site.
