About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Superior Healthcare. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients with complex health conditions to live safely and independently in their own homes.

About Our Client

Our client is a young individual who requires assistance with daily living tasks, including ventilator management, PEG feeding, and personal care. They also enjoy spending time with their cats.

What We Offer

We are committed to providing comprehensive training and support to ensure your success in this role. Our experienced team of Nurses and Field Care Supervisors will guide you every step of the way.

Shift Pattern and Benefits

We offer a wake night shift pattern, with shifts available Monday through Sunday. You will have the flexibility to choose your preferred days and create a fixed schedule that suits you. Our benefits package includes:

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous care experience of 3 months full-time or 6 months part-time in a professional UK environment
  • Complex Care experience is preferred, but training is provided
  • Manual car licence is preferred
