Contract Duration:
12 months

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:30

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the construction and implementation of the new conveyor system
• Engage with suppliers, project managers, landowners, and internal teams on a daily basis
• Ensure all necessary documentation is completed and filed to support the installation
• Manage the project lifecycle from initiation to completion
• Lead and motivate the project team throughout the project
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential issues
• Assess risks and report findings to relevant stakeholders
• Keep stakeholders informed about project developments
• Promote a strong Health and Safety culture on-site
• Provide insights for cost-saving strategies and recommendations to the procurement team

Essential Qualifications:
• Proven experience in managing projects within a complex construction setting
• Degree in construction management or a related field
• Comprehensive understanding of project planning, execution, and oversight
• Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets effectively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High proficiency in IT applications
• Strong knowledge of UK Health and Safety regulations
• Effective engagement, motivation, and negotiation skills
• Integrity and professionalism in all interactions
• Valid UK Driving License and access to a vehicle
