Join Our Team as an R&D Tax Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated R&D Tax Associate to join our team at Leonid Group Ltd. As an R&D Tax Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our clients in the West Midlands with their R&D tax claims.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and review of R&D tax claims for various industries.
  • Work closely with high-profile clients and senior stakeholders to understand their R&D projects and strategies.
  • Develop new value propositions for prospective clients to enhance their R&D tax relief.
  • Prepare clear technical narratives and financial analysis documents for R&D activities.
  • Interact with HMRC to provide support for R&D tax claims.
  • Contribute to workshops, seminars, and conferences to share expertise on R&D tax relief and innovation funding.

Requirements:

  • STEM degree
  • Curiosity, awareness of, and interest in science, technology, and innovation.
