We are seeking a highly skilled Conveyancing Paralegal to join our high-performing property department in Newton-le-Willows. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting fee earners with all aspects of their caseloads, from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:- Deal with and respond to client enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist fee earners with administrative tasks, including opening and closing files.
- Service existing clients to an exceptional standard, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Deal with any ad-hoc duties as required.
- A minimum of 12 months experience in a Conveyancing role.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to build strong client relationships.
- Experience dealing with Sale and Purchase transactions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
