About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Head Housekeeper to join our team at St Ives Harbour Hotel. As a key member of our Housekeeping department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and service are maintained throughout our hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Head Housekeeper in overseeing the daily cleaning and maintenance of all rooms and public areas
  • Assist with the management of Housekeeping staff, including training and development
  • Conduct regular room checks to ensure high standards of cleanliness and quality
  • Report any maintenance issues or repairs to the relevant teams
