Job Profile
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lettings Negotiator to join our Reeds Rains branch in York on a full-time, permanent basis.
As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for growing and developing the Lettings business within the branch by generating and conducting Lettings Viewings, winning and gaining new Applications on properties to let, progressing to moving in.
You will also be responsible for business prospecting and proactive activity, local market knowledge and networking, and maximising branch income with the cross-sell of other services such as mortgages, conveyancing, and insurance.
We offer a competitive salary, on-target earnings, and a range of benefits including a 5-day working week, 25 days holiday excluding bank holidays, loyalty days for length of service, company pension, and company events.
In addition, we offer ARLA/Propertymark qualifications and opportunities for career progression.
Requirements
- Experience within the Lettings industry
- Relevant and up-to-date Lettings legislation knowledge
- A full UK driving license
