Job Summary:

Ethero is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Forklift Driver and Production Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment, controlling product quality, and ensuring the cleanliness of the plant area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently
• Control the quality of product
• Responsible for the manufacturing assets
• Liaise with maintenance and assist where needed
• Inspect, carry out, and ensure that plant routines are regularly adhered to and that the cleanliness of the plant mechanism, plant area, adjacent buildings, and equipment are at all times properly and regularly inspected, cleaned in accordance with site instructions.

Requirements:

• Highly motivated General Operative with drive and enthusiasm to work as part of the Shift team
• Excellent communication and team working skills
• Good organisational skills
• Able to work on your own initiative
• Ability to work to deadlines and problem solve
• Own transport required

Working Hours:

• Rotating shifts: morning, afternoon, and night shifts
• Paid breaks

This role is commutable from Burton on Trent, Derby, and Lichfield.
