Are you a skilled Class 2 Driver looking for a new challenge in the transportation industry?
Driver Hire Dundee & Perth is seeking a qualified Category C driver to join our team to operate a bin lorry in the Angus area. This is an ongoing day-shift position where you will work with a crew to collect refuse and engage in driving and loading/unloading tasks.
Requirements for the Class 2 Driver Position:
- Valid Category C entitlement on your UK driving license
- Current Drivers CPC and Digital Tachograph certification
- No more than 6 points on your license, with no major endorsements
- Recent experience driving a Class 2 vehicle
This is a long-term role, expected to last for a minimum of 3 months, with excellent prospects for permanent employment for the successful candidate.
Benefits for the Class 2 Driver:
- Competitive hourly rate of £14.86, including holiday pay (£13.26 accrued)
- Overtime rate of £22.89 per hour, including holiday pay (£19.89 accrued)
- Weekly pay
- Full-time hours for a minimum of 3 months
This position is commutable from various locations, including Dundee, Carnoustie, Forfar, Montrose, and surrounding areas.
