Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the travel industry and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit and build relationships with travel buyers to support our sales and events teams.
  • Attend industry events to network and build a community of travel buyers.
  • Manage a database of travel buyers and update it regularly with new leads and information.
  • Work with the sales and marketing teams to provide industry insights and feedback.
  • Monitor and report on personal performance and goals.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the needs and requirements of travel buyers and the wider business travel industry.

Requirements

  • Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Exceptional telephone skills and strong communication skills.
  • A high degree of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and provide excellent customer service.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office software products and ability to quickly learn new software applications.

Education and Experience

  • Aptitude and interest in delegate sales is a must.
  • Prior experience with delegate sales and administrative functions is strongly preferred.
