We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Domestic Assistant to join our team at Oak Manor, a purpose-built care home in Shefford, Bedfordshire.

As a Domestic Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing a comfortable, safe, and hygienic environment for our residents and staff. Your responsibilities will include washing, drying, ironing, and repairing laundry items for residents, as well as maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the home.

We are looking for someone who is respectful, empathetic, and willing to undertake training to support our residents' needs. Experience is desirable, but not essential, as we are committed to providing ongoing training and development opportunities.

Oak Manor is a 64-place care home providing residential and dementia care. Our home is designed to enhance the independence and dignity of our residents, with every detail carefully considered to create a warm and welcoming environment.
