For the EHS Research Analyst position, we are considering compensation in the range of £45,000 - £48,000 (based on experience). For more senior roles, the compensation is projected at £55,000 - £60,000 (also dependent on experience). Both roles include a competitive quarterly bonus structure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Executing research initiatives aligned with Verdantix's established methodologies.
- Conducting interviews with senior executives and managers at technology firms.
- Producing high-quality research documents efficiently in English.
- Learning to create concise reports on technology firms based on briefings.
- Participating in consulting projects related to EHS technology, including risk management, industrial wearables, software selection, and strategic consulting.
- Representing Verdantix at events and industry conferences.
- Mentoring and guiding junior team members on research assignments.
- Contributing to marketing efforts through blog writing and social media engagement.
Candidate Profile:
- A minimum of an undergraduate degree, preferably from a top-tier institution. Degrees in Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, Economics, or Mechanical Engineering are particularly relevant.
- Ideal candidates will have 2 to 5 years of experience, preferably in consulting, technology research, or technology-focused roles such as product management or solution architecture.
- Experience in technology research, business analysis, and client presentations is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality reports for a business audience swiftly.
- Quantitative skills and proficiency in Excel for data manipulation and basic mathematical applications.
- Experience in conducting research interviews and contributing to research report development.
- Proven ability to present effectively to senior management and at industry conferences.
- Exceptional interpersonal and teamwork skills.
