Clinical Negligence Solicitor / Senior Paralegal / FCILEx - 3 + PQE

TSR Legal is working with a well-established national law firm to find a Solicitor, FCILEx, or Senior Paralegal to join their Clinical Negligence team. The ideal candidate will manage a varied caseload of claimant clinical negligence claims, including high-value and complex matters. The role offers flexible working arrangements, with a mix of remote and in-office work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle a full caseload of litigated clinical negligence claims
  • Supervise within the team and support junior members
  • Ensure adherence to SLA's and case targets
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in clinical negligence or serious PI
  • Strong understanding of CPR and case management systems

The role offers a varied caseload with claims valued up to £200,000, as well as opportunities to work on higher-value claims alongside senior colleagues. You will take over an established caseload and receive support from a dedicated supervisor with regular one-to-ones. If you're coming from a PI background and keen to transition into clinical negligence, your litigation experience will be highly valued.
