Senior Performance Marketing Director

Digital Fuel Performance is seeking a seasoned Senior Performance Marketing Manager to spearhead large-scale digital marketing campaigns across various channels. With a primary focus on paid search, this role is designed to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth within the iGaming, gambling, and entertainment sectors. You will collaborate with the Head of Performance Marketing to refine strategies, oversee budget allocation, and manage a team of Performance Marketing Managers. This role is ideal for a professional with a deep understanding of performance marketing, who is adept at leveraging data to inform campaign strategies and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Manage and optimize large-scale digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including paid search, paid social, display, and programmatic advertising.
- Collaborate with the Head of Performance Marketing to refine strategies, oversee budget allocation, and manage a team of Performance Marketing Managers.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, test new channels, and collaborate with analytics teams to drive continuous optimisation and growth.
- Lead and mentor marketing teams, fostering a high-performance and improvement-driven culture.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior performance marketing role, ideally within the iGaming, gambling, or entertainment sectors.
- Expertise in managing digital marketing channels, with a strong focus on paid search and proficiency in using Search Ads 360 to optimise campaigns.
- Experience managing additional channels, including paid social, display, and programmatic advertising, with the ability to optimise performance across these platforms.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring marketing teams, fostering a high-performance and improvement-driven culture.
- Strong data-driven approach to campaign management, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and adjust strategies to maximise ROI and conversion rates.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders.
- Experience in budget management and resource allocation, making informed decisions to maximise returns on investment and achieve business goals.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and innovations to ensure competitive advantage and campaign effectiveness.
