About the Role

We are seeking a skilled PMO Analyst to join our team in Stirling. As a key member of our Programme Management Office, you will play a vital role in ensuring the effective governance and delivery of our projects and programmes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain accurate and reliable data and reports to support our Programme and Project Managers.
  • Ensure the application of governance principles to project change orders and project lifecycle, including resource allocation and capacity planning.
  • Contribute to the development and promotion of best practices for Programme and Project Office Management.
  • Produce regular reports for Programme and Project Managers, highlighting key trends and issues.
  • Provide quality assurance and data analysis to ensure accurate and meaningful information.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with programme stakeholders to support effective project delivery.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Programme Office industry best practice and methodology.
  • Experience working within a Financial Services organisation.
  • Currently working towards or an interest in Programme Management qualifications, such as PRINCE2 or APMP.
