We are seeking a talented Learning Consultant to join our team at Kate+Co. As a Learning Consultant, you will play a key role in helping our clients achieve their learning and development goals.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and key stakeholders to design and develop learning solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
- Help establish and manage coaching Centers of Excellence (CoE) to support the mobilization of our clients' teams.
- Plan and execute recommendations within agreed timelines, including proof of concept and pilot projects as necessary.
- Gather and consolidate feedback from pilots and tests to inform future learning solutions.
- Identify and develop internal coaches and existing skill levels to support the mobilization of our clients' teams.
- Review existing Agile and leadership learning resources and provide recommendations for uplift and alternative solutions.
- Track and report to stakeholders on key performance indicators (KPIs) as required.
- Design solutions to bridge the gap between desired and existing coach skills.
- Salary: £350.00 per day
- Working hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm (remote)
