We are seeking an exceptional Assistant Headteacher to lead our Behaviour & Attitudes team at Longdon Hall School. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for driving excellence in behaviour and attitudes across the school.

• Lead the Behaviour & Attitudes team to ensure a positive and supportive learning environment for all students
• Develop and implement behaviour and attitudes policies and procedures to promote positive behaviour and attitudes
• Work closely with teachers and support staff to develop and implement strategies to improve behaviour and attitudes
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of behaviour and attitudes initiatives and make recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with other senior leaders to develop and implement whole-school initiatives to promote positive behaviour and attitudes
