We are seeking an exceptional Assistant Headteacher to lead our Behaviour & Attitudes team at Longdon Hall School. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for driving excellence in behaviour and attitudes across the school.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Behaviour & Attitudes team to ensure a positive and supportive learning environment for all students
- Develop and implement behaviour and attitudes policies and procedures to promote positive behaviour and attitudes
- Work closely with teachers and support staff to develop and implement strategies to improve behaviour and attitudes
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of behaviour and attitudes initiatives and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with other senior leaders to develop and implement whole-school initiatives to promote positive behaviour and attitudes
Longdon Hall School is an independent specialist day school for boys and girls aged from 7 to 18, catering for pupils with a wide range of social, emotional, and mental health needs.
