If you are, the Salesian Provincial Office could be the ideal workplace for you. We are dedicated to providing enriching experiences for individuals and groups through our services.

We are seeking a skilled cook to prepare high-quality, home-cooked meals using fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced ingredients whenever possible. Your role will ensure that all guests (typically groups of up to 50) and our resident community (approximately 15 individuals) enjoy a memorable dining experience, regardless of their age or background.

You will be tasked with crafting a diverse menu that accommodates various dietary needs while adhering to food safety standards. Responsibilities will include managing food purchases, maintaining stock rotation, ensuring cleanliness, and upholding food safety protocols.

A valid Level 2 Award in Food Safety is required, along with the ability to work independently and demonstrate reliability. A professional appearance, friendly demeanor, and flexibility in your work schedule are essential.

Working Hours: 30+ hours per week, Sunday to Wednesday (daytime only)

Additional Benefits: 6.6 weeks of holiday, contributory pension scheme, uniform provided, and opportunities for professional development and training.
