We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lettings Associate & Valuer to join our award-winning team in Welwyn Garden City. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and momentum in our lettings department.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in lettings, with a proven track record of success in negotiating contracts and managing staff. They will be comfortable dealing with properties up to £5,000 per calendar month and communicating with intelligent individuals, professional, and corporate clients.
The successful candidate will be expected to work under pressure, remaining organized, focused, and accessible. They will also need to possess an engaging and charismatic personality, with a commitment to providing exceptional service at every opportunity.
Key Responsibilities- Negotiate lettings contracts and manage staff to drive business growth and momentum
- Communicate effectively with clients, including landlords, tenants, and relocation agents
- Provide accurate market appraisal advice and turn initial enquiries into actual business
- Work under pressure, remaining organized, focused, and accessible
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- 5+ years of experience in a busy and competitive lettings environment
- Proven track record of success in negotiating lettings contracts and managing staff
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 basic, with the potential to earn up to £45,000 OTE. We also provide a range of benefits, including a parking permit, company parties, monthly lunches, free fruit, and a day off on your birthday.
