Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to health and safety protocols, method statements, and risk assessments.
  • Maintain awareness of incident reporting, SWMP, and environmental plans.
  • Interpret scaled drawings for basic electrical setups and detailed underground cabling layouts.
  • Ensure that all site activities are performed efficiently in terms of time and cost, while maintaining regular communication with the supervisor.
  • Keep accurate records of plant, vehicle, and materials to support the work program, ensuring all equipment is well-maintained and suitable for use.

Required Skills and Experience:

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the Street Lighting sector and be proficient in CAT scanning, excavations, and reinstatements. A minimum qualification of NRSWA Units 1 to 9 is essential. The role involves travel to various locations, thus a full UK driving license is required.
