Position Overview

This role is based in our offices in Dubai or Abu Dhabi, where we seek qualified Investment and Wealth Managers to join our expanding team. Your Role

As a Wealth Manager, you will provide personalized, independent financial advice to a variety of clients. With licenses in multiple countries, you will have the tools to offer cross-border financial planning and access to cutting-edge technology in the industry. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing and nurturing a client base in wealth management (B2C).
  • Managing a portfolio of clients, fostering strong relationships, and maintaining open communication through a personalized advisory approach.
  • Identifying current financial needs and uncovering new opportunities to enhance assets under management (AUM).
  • Conducting comprehensive reviews to assess clients' personal and financial requirements and delivering tailored wealth management solutions.
  • Providing needs-based solutions through effective communication and influence.
  • Continuously gathering information to evaluate potential impacts and identify risks and opportunities for clients.
  • Analyzing global markets and clients' situations to select appropriate products and services, leveraging our licenses across various locations.
  • Offering advice on a wide range of financial products, including:
    • Lump Sum Investments
    • Fixed-Income Products
    • Global Funds, including Equity, VC, ESG
    • Regular Savings Plans
    • Portfolio Bonds
    • International Pension Planning
    • Fintech Solutions
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislative, financial, procedural, and quality standards.
  • Performing general administrative duties as required.

Qualifications

  • A degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, economics, or management.
  • Strong service orientation with excellent numerical and analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • UK level 4 advisory qualification or a commitment to achieving this.
  • Experience with high net worth clients is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Knowledge of lump sum investments, offshore investments, fintech, bonds, or pension products is advantageous.
  • A trustworthy, financially astute, and professional team player dedicated to delivering exceptional service.
  • Strong judgment skills and attention to detail to analyze investment risks.
  • A proven sales background is beneficial but not essential.
  • Ambition and a drive for success, motivated by targets.
