We are seeking a highly skilled Process Technologist to join our team at Bakkavor Group. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency in our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the development team to create and refine new products, from concept to launch.
- Analyse and optimise manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and sustainability.
- Ensure all products meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Lead and manage projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Provide technical expertise and support to the production team, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the food industry.
- Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- A genuine passion for food and innovation.
