Job Summary

We are seeking an Account Coordinator to join our award-winning onsite team based in Liverpool. As an Account Coordinator, you will contribute to the success of our clients' thriving Port Operation by effectively managing our temporary workforce to meet client requirements and expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate temporary workers to fulfill client requirements.
  • Create and maintain a pool of candidates appropriate to the clients' needs.
  • Recruit, select, and onboard workers.
  • Contribute to a candidate-focused culture, ensuring the right fit, maintaining good communication, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
  • Manage administration processes such as absences and holiday requests.
  • Accurately input and verify data for weekly payroll.
  • Provide a 24/7 on-call service to meet client requirements as required, utilizing a rota system to ensure fairness throughout our teams.

  • Develop successful and mutually beneficial relationships, working in partnership with operational management.
  • Deputize for the Account Manager as needed.

About You

We are looking for an individual with previous recruitment, customer service, administration, or planning experience. You should be adaptable to changing priorities, possess problem-solving skills, and be a strong communicator with relationship-building skills. A driving license and access to a car are also required.
