Job Description

Are you a seasoned logistics professional looking to take on a challenging role in the automotive industry? We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Launch Logistics Coordinator to join our team at ManpowerGroup.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the material supply chain process for new product introductions, ensuring alignment with engineering changes and customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with procurement, scheduling, and engineering teams to ensure timely material sourcing and production planning.
  • Oversee material availability, shipments, and stock management, escalating risks as needed.
  • Support production ramp-up by coordinating capacity planning and mitigating bottlenecks.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years' experience with launch logistics.
  • Logistics or supply chain qualification (APICS, IoSCM, MCIPS, BSc, etc.).
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills.
