About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team at L&G Recruitment. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for leading the development of web-based applications from concept to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of web-based applications, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery.
  • Contribute to technical and design-related requirements, ensuring that applications meet the highest standards of quality and functionality.
  • Develop responsive React web applications, utilizing expertise in JavaScript, CSS, and HTML for the front-end and Python and Java for the backend.
  • Collaborate with agile teams to estimate tasks, contribute to timeline/roadmap discussions, and lead demos to various leaders in the organization.
Requirements
  • 8 years of work experience in software development, with a strong background in web-based applications.
  • Proven experience in leading development teams and contributing to technical and design-related requirements.
  • Expertise in React, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Python, and Java.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience in estimating tasks and contributing to timeline/roadmap discussions.
