Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Test Lead/Manager to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our digital transformation project, you will be responsible for leading the testing team to ensure the successful delivery of our Proclaim system.

About the Role:

  1. Test Strategy Development: Develop a comprehensive test strategy, including testing types, timelines, and resources, to ensure the system meets the required quality standards.
  2. Test Planning and Execution: Create a detailed test plan for all phases of testing (unit, integration, system, UAT) and oversee the execution of these tests to validate the system's functionality and performance.
  3. Defect Management: Establish a defect management process and tools to ensure that defects are identified, reported, and resolved in a timely manner.
  4. Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct unit and integration testing to validate individual components and their interactions, and system testing to validate the entire system's functionality and performance.
  5. User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Prepare UAT scenarios and coordinate with business users for UAT, ensuring that all critical business processes are tested and validated.
  6. Regression Testing: Perform regression testing to ensure that fixes do not introduce new issues.
  7. Final Defect Resolution: Ensure that all critical defects identified during UAT are resolved.
  8. End-to-End Testing: Conduct final end-to-end testing to ensure system readiness for go-live.
  9. Test Summary Report: Prepare a detailed test summary report, including test outcomes, defect statistics, and quality assessment.
  10. Go-Live Testing Support: Provide support during go-live, addressing any issues that arise.
  11. Post-Go-Live Validation: Conduct post-go-live testing to confirm that the system is functioning correctly in the live environment.
