About the Role

As a Process Developer, you will play a vital role in driving innovation and productivity within the company. You will be responsible for leading and delivering process design and development activities for various projects across multiple locations. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that the final product delivers an exceptional consumer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify problems and develop innovative solutions
  • Utilize your technical expertise to analyze data, draw meaningful conclusions, and communicate findings effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Support production data collection and analysis efforts
  • Contribute to the development of comprehensive jelly production maps
  • Establish benchmarks for ongoing initiatives and foster a strong link between Research & Development and plant operations, facilitating seamless information exchange
Ideal Candidate Profile

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a proven track record in research and development, ideally within the fast-moving consumer goods industry. You should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Demonstrated experience in Research & Development, preferably within the food or confectionery sector
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage activities autonomously
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Technical proficiency in interpreting and analyzing data
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to reach clear conclusions
Compensation & Benefits

This temporary role offers a competitive hourly rate ranging from £16.03 to £20.84, depending on experience. The standard work week is Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
