Are you an adaptable and proficient engineer with electrical credentials seeking a challenging position in facilities maintenance? PRS is looking for a Multi-Disciplinary Engineer to become part of our team in a mobile capacity, serving Swindon and the nearby regions.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute a diverse array of maintenance activities, encompassing electrical, mechanical, and general building services across various locations.
  • Address reactive maintenance requests, efficiently diagnosing and resolving issues to minimize operational downtime.
  • Implement planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to guarantee that all systems function at peak efficiency.
  • Perform electrical installations, troubleshooting, and repairs in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct general building maintenance tasks, including plumbing, HVAC upkeep, and structural repairs.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, completing risk assessments and method statements as necessary.
  • Maintain precise records of all completed work, utilizing company systems to document tasks and updates.
  • Engage with clients on-site, providing updates and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the office team and fellow engineers to optimize resource utilization and ensure timely task completion.

Requirements:

Electrical Qualifications:
Must possess relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent).

Experience:
Demonstrated experience as a Multi-Disciplinary Engineer within the facilities maintenance sector.

Technical Skills:
Comprehensive technical knowledge across various building services, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

Mobile Role:
Willingness to undertake a mobile role, traveling throughout Swindon and surrounding areas.

Problem-Solving:
Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to work independently and manage your own workload.

Driving License:
A full, clean driving license is essential.
