Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Markets Program Execution & Transformation team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing large-scale projects and programs across various asset classes and currencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project management plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Risk, Legal, Finance, and Compliance, to identify and mitigate project risks
  • Design and implement PMO processes and create applicable guidance materials
  • Conduct quality assurance and remediation efforts for project deliverables
  • Develop and deliver presentations to senior management on project status and plans
Requirements
  • Proven experience in structured project management and PMO techniques, preferably in a Markets front office environment
  • Experience in designing and implementing PMO processes and creating applicable guidance materials
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate stakeholders
