Overview:

GI Group is on the lookout for an experienced recruitment professional with a strong sales aptitude to fill the role of Industrial Recruitment Specialist. This position is crucial in driving our recruitment efforts within the industrial sector, where you will connect talented candidates with fulfilling job opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing new job openings through proactive sales and business development.
  • Delivering complete recruitment services for both temporary and permanent placements, overseeing the entire process.
  • Aiming to meet and exceed targets for client acquisition and service meetings.
  • Generating leads through various channels to support sales initiatives.
  • Achieving daily and weekly goals for outreach calls and client engagements.
  • Promoting additional divisions or brands within the GI Group whenever applicable.
  • Identifying and sourcing suitable candidates through both conventional and innovative techniques.
  • Conducting preliminary interviews to ensure only the most qualified candidates are presented to clients.

Required Skills:
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably within recruitment.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting sales objectives and cultivating strong client relationships.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Thorough understanding of sales methodologies and best practices.
  • Possession of a valid UK driving license.
  • Capability to excel in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
