This organization delivers a comprehensive service and maintenance solution to a diverse clientele concerning various forklift trucks and other material handling apparatus. They are currently seeking a service technician.
What is offered for the service technician?
  • Salary range: £30,160 - £35,880 with potential for overtime
Working Hours:
  • Day Shifts - 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (40-hour work week)

Main Responsibilities of the Service Technician:
A skilled service technician will be responsible for the following tasks related to various forklift equipment:
  • Repairing and maintaining forklift trucks and other site material handling equipment.
  • Conducting after-service repair tasks.
  • Performing routine maintenance with clients to meet service standards.
  • Making site visits across various locations within the assigned territory.
  • Adhering to all Health and Safety regulations.
  • Planning and self-management.
Experience Requirements for the Service Technician:
  • A solid background in the plant industry is essential.
  • Familiarity with diagnostic tools and software, including engine diagnostics.
  • Consideration will be given to ex-military personnel and individuals from the automotive sector.
  • A valid Full UK Driving License is required.
